Relationship counselling offers a safe and supportive space for couples, parents or families to come together and discuss their experiences. Through guided discussions and reflection, participants gain insight into relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and explore healthier ways of connecting. Each session is facilitated with warmth and care, fostering respect, empathy, and understanding, ensuring all participants feel heard, supported, and valued while building stronger, more resilient relationships.
Sessions are drawn from evidence-based approaches such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Circle of Security Parenting, and Tuning into Kids.
aged 3 to 12 yo
Play is the language of healing. We offer a developmental and trauma-informed space where children can express big feelings, process difficult experiences, and build confidence without the pressure of having to use words. We draw from evidence-based modalities such as Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and the PACE model using specialised creative and sensory tools.
We follow their lead, using the power of play to help them:
• Communicate needs and emotions
• Resolve behavioural and emotional challenges
• Strengthen coping skills and self-esteem
Some sessions may include an opportunity for you and your child to connect, repair, and grow through shared play experiences.
